Warning to Caregivers: Predatory High-Pressure Tactics and Confusing Billing I accompanied my elderly mother here, who has severe hearing loss and dementia, and the experience was deeply concerning. The staff consistently tried to bypass me to speak directly to my vulnerable mother regarding expensive procedures, actively ignoring my logical questions as her caregiver. Financially, the office operates with high-pressure sales tactics. We were quoted over $3,000 for a bridge, but the moment I pushed back on the price, the staff immediately offered a random $600 discount on the spot to pressure us into signing a contract before leaving. Furthermore, the front desk staff used vague insurance jargon regarding our deductible, but when I directly asked how we could verify if the Delta Dental deductible had been met, the employee literally stated, "I don't know." Checking a provider portal takes two minutes; keeping the math muddy feels intentional. To make matters worse, the dentist looked at the issue and explicitly claimed she "did not know" if the necessary work or the X-ray would be categorized as cosmetic or charged to insurance. Great experience. Friendly staff. They suggested sealants that previous doctors overlooked and even noticed sinus issues causing my tooth pain. I loved that they went over the pricing, showing me what my insurance would cover and I got to take that paperwork home with me. Highly recommend.

Today was my first visit for a teeth cleaning and it was a great experience! Everyone was so kind and helpful. My dentist walked me through all of my x rays and answered every question thoroughly. Highly recommend!

Above and beyond every time. I used to hate going to the dentist but the Dr. has changed my experience and impression of visits overall. She is very skilled, detail oriented and light handed. I have never felt any discomfort even during my deep cleaning and fill, which I was quite anxious about. I finally had to leave a review today because she truly floored me with the repair to the chip in my front tooth. Not only did she match the color flawlessly but she also shaped it very symmetrical. I recommend to all my coworkers but decided that wasn’t enough. Have your smile cared for here, you won’t regret it! P.S. the ladies who help in the front and back office really rock too! Very communicative and helpful, they keep the whole operation together P.S.S Excuse my chapped lips *sigh*
